We have successfully recommended many elite talents for famous foreign-funded enterprises, large state-owned overseas investment enterprises, rapidly developing private enterprises and other companies of different nature, and accumulated a database of middle and senior management and professional technical personnel.
After we signed the contract with the customer, we will analyze the employment needs of the customer, understanding organizational relationships, identifying candidates’ basic skills and work experience, as well as the specific requirements of their needs. Then we will collect a certain number of qualified candidates by the use of personnel information database, enterprise resource databases, and other information channels. Then visit the qualified candidates by telephone, to understand their true thoughts of the position. Subsequently, we will interview candidates and evaluate if their experience, skills and ability can adapt to customer culture. And then an interview report will be made into a confidential written report and submitted to the customer.
If the client acknowledges that a candidate meets their requirements, the recruitment moves to the salary negotiation stage. At this point, our role as a bridge is more prominent. After receiving the information from both sides, we will negotiate separately to promote the cooperation between the two sides, so as to avoid unnecessary embarrassment caused by direct contact between the two sides.
HOLDMANGiven that most candidates are on job, if the client is interested in the candidates we recommended, we will provide the candidates 2 or 3 interview schedules. Most interviews are taken in the client company. If the client prefers to do the interview confidentially, we will assist with finding suitable interview locations.
HOLDMANNormally, we provide the first round of selected candidate reports to the client within 5 working days after the singed the formal service contract. For special orders, we may accelerate or extend the searching period according to the agreed schedule with the client.

If the hired candidate left the client company in our probation period, we will search for suitable candidate as replacement for the clients for free.
